Tune the ambient field
The landing backdrop — grainy gradient, page-wide cursor grid, color themes — is driven by a handful of custom properties. These controls write the real ones, live. Settings reset on reload (theme picks persist, same as the header picker).
The backdrop is currently disabled site-wide (its rollback flag is off), so these controls have nothing to drive.

- Houdini Paint API grid — the graph paper drawn procedurally by a worklet.
- WebGPU noise field — the backdrop's gradient computed in a shader.
- Read-depth heatmap — already live: flip Analyst mode and watch the right edge.
